Shipping policy
When you purchase books from Bay Sinclair Books, your purchases will be delivered via one of the following methods:
PREORDERS
Any books that are not available for immediate release will be clearly labeled as "PREORDER" in the product title and description. The description will also include the expected date of release. Preordered products will be charged in full upon purchase, but they will not deliver or ship until the release date.Â
If there are any updates to the preorder book's expected release date, an email will be sent to any customers who have preordered the book notifying them of the change.Â
AVAILABLE NOW
Any books that do not specify "PREORDER" in the product title and description are available for immediate purchase.Â
EBOOKS
Upon purchase, our eBook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook. The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your eBook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook, or Kobo. If you do not see your download email, please check your Spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. If you have any issues accessing your purchased eBook or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.Â
PRINT BOOKS
Print books are packaged and shipped in the United States within 3-5 business days. They are shipped using a trackable shipping service. Depending on your delivery address, additional shipping options may be offered to you upon checkout.Â
AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES
To US addresses, 2-3 weeks.Â
HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES
The US celebrates Thanksgiving on the last Thursday of November. Many physical businesses close for a 4-day holiday weekend. This also kicks off the December holiday buying and shipping period. Please bear with us as we expect shipping to take longer during November, December, and into early January.Â
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. Bay Sinclair Books is not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.Â
