Purchases from Bay Sinclair Books are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping, or in the rare event that there is a printing or product error.Â
When you make a purchase from Bay Sinclair Books, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to ensure you have purchased the correct quantity, correct format (eBook or paperback), and that you have correctly requested either an unsigned or signed version for each paperback book in your order.Â
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
eBook purchases are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after you complete your purchase. eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have issues with the eBook file, please contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.Â
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
There is no return for change of mind. Returns are eligible only for defective or damaged items, if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking information).Â
For refund queries, please email Bay Sinclair Books at bay@baysinclair.com within 7 days of receiving your order (according to tracking information). Please put "Returns" in the subject line, and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
